how long do you have to make an insurance claim

Hi guys does anyone know how long do you have to make an insurance claim. I had an accident four years ago and didnt make a claim.My injuries have now come back to haunt me is it too late to make a claim now.

2 years from the "date of knowledge" defined in Section 2 of the Statute of Limitations Act, 1991.

Most likely too late.

alas, you are correct, unless you are under 18. In that case, statute is 2 years from 18th birthday
