I was considering getting a green cert so id be able to get Stamp duty Exemption on purchased non residential land, but I already purchased the land previously. Im wondering how long does land after its been purchased stay elgibile for this 6% stamp duty refund for people with green certs
One way I know of is a green cert course for farmers to transfer the farm without any tax being paid on the acquisition, is there other ways to avoid having to payinheritance tax other than by doing this course or is that the only way?
Or if not a full refund then partial refund? I paid 6% stamp duty for the purchased/ transferred land. I know one way is if u build residential purposes on the land you can get a 2/3 refund [broken link removed] but Im not using it for residential purposes, any other methods?

It's impossible to answer without knowing your circumstances.
Have you purchased the land, as you've indicated now, or was it transferred to you as you suggested previously? There's no relief for purchased land.
If you inherited:
Do you actually farm it?
Does the land make up 80% of your assets?
Has it legally transferred to you at this stage?
