how flexible are the revenue with regards to p35 payments?

with regards to p35 payments can anyone tell me how flexible the revenue are regarding the payment of same. Will they accept staged payments?

Assuming you mean the final payment for a tax year to the Revenue of tax and PRSI deducted from employees, why would they need to be flexible?

If you do not have the funds to discharge the 2007 liability which was due on15/02/08, then yes, they will take staged payments under certain circumstances. You need to contact them to see if that can apply to your case. Bear in mind Revenue, like any institution lending you money ( which is what they are doing since you haven't paid them on time ) can charge interest on overdue amounts.
