How far back can you send in P21s for?

Hi,

I've heard that you can claim on P21s for the previous four years. I've already done so for the last three years. Can I use a current P21 form(2008 is available in the tax office), or do i need a particular form for each year and if so, where do i acquire these forms?

I just registered on ROS recently and requested the last 3 yrs P21. Really easy and no phone calls, put on hold etc.

Well worth it if you ask me. Took a few days to set up as they send you put a PIN.

If you really want/need to do it manually, Form 12 is available from Revenue.ie. depending on the year you need just google say Form 12 2005 and it's there.
