M mondeo.steve Guest 17 Feb 2009 #1 How do you remove the service warning indicator - spanner on a 1996 ford mondeo 2.5 automatic?
W woodbine Registered User Messages 442 17 Feb 2009 #2 have a look here: http://www.askaboutmoney.com/showthread.php?t=60207&highlight=service+warning spanner light is reset by depressing the indentation on the trip computer section (centre panel above the aircon controls) keep it depressed for a few seconds and that should do the trick. I have a 1997 2.5, manual though, not automatic. bit of a beast to go when the secondaries open up!!!

W woodbine Registered User Messages 442 17 Feb 2009 #4 [broken link removed] you could get a haynes manual at most motor factors. around 30 euro. also for any problems i would reccommend [broken link removed]. it's a great site for mondeo owners. Lots of information and help available there.
