How do you complain about a company?

Hey there,

I`ve written before about concerns about my management company. If you have a feeling that there may be something illegal going on who do you report a company to? We are experiencing a significant lack of disclosure and we are very concerned.

Is there an office of the government you can report a company to?

www.odce.ie if the complaint refers to company law issues

Or the Revenue if you suspect tax evasion.

I wonder if you could report it to the Gardai if it's a significant criminal matter.

But as Ubi says - the ODCE is the first port of call.
