How do I upload a photo to a thread?

I've done a table in Excel which I want to post on a thread to illustrate it. It's too big to insert as a table and really benefits from colour.

Imugr and postimage aren't accepted when I upload and try to link from AAM. Is there a photo hosting site that AAM will allow me to link images from?
