How do i set up house for Affordable Housing?

Has anyone set up a house with the council in the Lucan Area for affordable housing, i'm thinking of selling it off to them, that is if they are still buying them up. if anyone has any experience in this i'd appreciate it. Thanks
 
The council have in the past bought second-hand homes for Social Housing. It's definitely worth enquiring about. However, with many councils facing a huge shortfall in funding, I wouldn't hold my breath.
 
Social housing is not affordable housing.

Plus I heard somewhere that most of the CoCo's have stopped buying property as they are out of cash
