How do I remove sunscreen from car paintwork

While on holidays, my son put his hand on the paintwork of our car while it was still wet with sunscreen.

End result is I have a small handprint faintly showing on the paintwork that won't wash off. Is there anything I can get to remove it without damaging the paintwork...I have black pearl effect paintwork.
