how do I pay tax on items I make and Sell

HI

I was thinking of making a few veils for Brides, just as a side line. As most of the payments will be cheque, how can I pay tax, or is the only way to set up a company. Ideally don't want to do that, as I am fully employeed and it is just a part time, little hobby.

Any help would be great.

You can simply self-assess next year; on form 11 (see revenue.ie) declare your additional sources of income.
