As per Subject Line, I have tried leaving messages on the phone lines as per the current UB Ireland website, and I've also sent through web forms with my query - but to no avail or response.
With the old First Active Offset mortgages, where/how do I see the current balance online, now that they have discontinued the online banking app.
And is there any contact number, where there may be a human to actually answer it?
I will try Northern Ireland phone contact details next and see where that gets me.
