How could I fix my broken vacum?

I must have pulled to hard on the pipey bit of the vacum. It popped out, I put it back in and it just came out again, no amount of twisting it or anything will make it stay in.

Is there anything I could get to hold it together? would superglue work? Only have the vacum a year was €160 and dont really want to buy another one but need to vacum asap as visitors calling and the dust is unreal

Buy a roll of duct tape (grey/ silver coloured, strong adhesive tape) from a builder's merchant and use it to wrap the joint after re-inserting the hose- should hold it.
