how can I switch off microsoft narrator

I was messing with the toolbar one day and clicked on microsoft narrator

Ever since when I turn on the laptop this boots up along with the magnifier option.

Its a pain closing them down all the time

Any help would be great!

I would have thought that the Narrator Program would have a 'window' open as it runs (maybe running minimised) which you could close to stop it running but if not...
Goto Start, All Programs, Accessories, Accessability, Narrator and you should be able to switch it off...
Ditto with Magnifier
Goto Start, All Programs, Accessories, Accessability, Magnifier...
