How can I get payment for a tribunal award when a company is being struck off

I recently won my tribunal award against an ex employer for unfair dismissal. The court awarded me a substantial sum of money, however I seem to be at a dead end. My ex employers had 4 branches, one I worked for is currently seeking to be struck off as are two others, but one of them is still trading but has changed it's name. They are all registered in their own right on companies house but all at the same address(the headoffice). The Judge for my case wont change the name on the judgment, but also the HCEO cannot enforce the award as there are no "assets" in that particular company name. I understand all this but I do not know how to proceed or try and get them to pay up. I've exhausted all channels I know of and all I seem to be left with is being able to stop them being struck off due to owing me money....can anyone give me an idea of what else there is I can do or any other ways around my problems that I have not thought of? thanks

What is the HCEA.

If there are no assets in the company you are suing than you cannot get paid.

I presume since you are talking about the HCEO, you are in the UK. This is an Irish site so may not be the best place for query. Generally speaking though, you can't get blood from a stone. Talk to your solicitor.
