Hi Everyone,
I am trying to find previous objections to a change of use planning application and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
the Application is ref 3321/17.
It was planning permission to knock down a building previously used as a market space and build offices on top of a new market space, in keeping with preserving the market tradition in Newmarket Square.
The building has been built for a few years, but the ground floor market space has remained empty, and the developer has made several applications for change of use to a retail space - all have had huge community response and change of use has been denied.
I just can't find any mention of previous objections.
many thanks
amanda

you should be able to look up the application on the Dublin City council planning page of their website using that reference number. Problem becomes that previous applications may have a different number so you may need to trawl through and search using the address or just the street numbers

As you have the reference, you simply look it up on DCC's planning search page. You can also search by address, etc.. Alternatively you can use the map view to see all planning applications on the site since electronic records were introduced.
