I have been searching daft for the last few months.... and there seems to be a lot of properties in stoneybatter.... can anyone please inform me about the area???
Stoneybatter is a grand spot, nicer below Kavanaghs pub. Don't buy near O'Deaveney Gardens would be my feeling. I'd say a lot of property's bought as investments and the two beds are too small for growing familys so I'd say your bargaining position is good. Imho it's been particularly over valued in the boom. The two up/two downs were asking over half a million at the peak.
