Householder Charge - Explanatory Booklet required.

Back in 2011 most Irish households were given a booklet explaining the workings of the Household charge. I am looking to borrow one of those booklets if possible from someone who might have one buried somewhere. It's the booklet that I am looking for not the leaflet.
I have contacted our local Citizens information centre without luck. The Government Department that originally produced these without luck also.
I am aware that I can get all the information on the Household Charge off the internet but it is the actual booklet that I require.
If anybody can help it would be much appreciated.
