Household Building Extension

Hi,
Apart from the usual EL, PL, CAR Insurance Policies and Tax/Vat and other Grant Details, is there any other documents I should be looking for from my Builder in relation to a household extension that is under 40sqm? Currently I have all the Planning Details in order and am ready to go in accordance with a quotation.

Have you appointed a PSDP?

Can anybody be a PSDP? What are the qualifications required to be a PSDP?
