I'm living in the South of France and am interested in doing a house and car swap with some one from the Clonakilty area for 2 - 3 weeks this summer.

There are a lot of websites that you can join. We have done house swops for the last number of years and they have worked out fantastic.

The website we joined is www.homeforexchange.com but there are numerous other ones too.

Thanks Ruam, I've looked on a few sites, this one too, but nothing suits in Clonakilty, thought I might try here ...

By the way, our house in France has it's own private pool and is about a 10 min drive to the beach ...

Why don't you put an ad in the Echo or whatever local paper is in the Clonakilty area. Also try daft.ie, not sure if you can put house swops on there but have a look.
