Does anyone know of any websites/auctioneers who sell/advertise houses that may need a lot of work done to them/DIY challenges. I'm looking for a home in the South Dublin area.
I don't know of any that deal exclusively in "fixer-uppers", but many estate agents have houses on their books that say things like "in need of modernisation" etc. Try looking on www.daft.ie for houses in your desired location. That will provide links to the estate agents who operate in your area. Then you could try contacting them directly to see what else they have to offer (in case they don't put all of their properties on Daft).
