hi all
just got letter from council stating i have been approved for an annuity loan it only took 4 months to get anwser!!
anyway was wondering if anybody purchased a private house through council and how long it took or what was the process
not much info on the letter i received just states"please contact this office with details of the property you wish to purchase"
