House owned or rented.

Hey

I have neighbours who lets say are very rude and sometimes i feel a bit scared by. I dont want to go into detail.

I moved into my home recently so they would have lived in the estate before me. Its a 4 yr old estate. Im new to the area.

Is there a way of finding out the owner of that house descreetly? Now, they could possible own it but i just thought if they are renting i could maybe ask the landlord about them just for peace of mind.
