Home House Insurance - owner occupier with tenants

Difficult to find companies which cover owner occupier with tenants.
Any suggestions?
Travelers Insurance I have been using for a couple of years, but only cause I had little other choice - it is quite likely I will have to take in extra tenants this year and their policy only covers up to 2 "paying guests".

Ask insurers if they will cover you. They may and probably will, excluse theft except by forcible and violent entry, to protect them in teh event of one of your tenants or a tenants guest stealing contents.

Tenants contents will NOT be insured under your policy either.
