House has an extension can I build a shed without PP

We live in an end house with a good size back garden in Dublin 24
There will be no problem with remaining garden size

I want to build a shed inside the 25 sq meters PP exempt size.

The house already has an extension to the side that does have PP we only moved in a few years and checked this in the process of buying.

Is the shed considered entity?

You can have both exempted development on the property once the open space requirements are met.

So you can keep the side extension as it is and construct a shed up to 25Sq. M in internal floor area once you have the 25 Sq. M of a garden left.

Also bear in mind the height restrictions (4m flat roof, 3m pitched roof) and window locations.
