I received an email from this company today www.homebrokers.ie Their listed services include contract renogitation on properties where people have placed a deposit, signed contracts and then watched their house value fall. Don't know anything about them (or how they would even go about doing that) and don't have any connection with them in any way, but they maybe worth talking to if anyine finds themselves in the above position.
