House cleaning

I'm putting a house on the market and I need to get someone in to professionally clean the house and also clear some rubbish from the back garden. Can anyone recommend a person/company who would do this for me?

Some of the big letting agencies who manage rental properties have professional cleaners who do the sort of cleaning you need. They might give you a couple of names of people who do it.
