House @ builders finish for 5 yrs being bought from recievers: new for LPT purposes?

Hi all,

I am sale agreed on a house being sold by liquidator. The sale will most likely close in Jan 2014. The house is "new and unused", but being bought from liquidator rather than developer or builder.

House is sitting at builders finish for 5 years approx. It is being bought from receiver. Does this house qualify as "new and unused and bough from developer as discussed in Brendan's thread re exemptions?

Has anyone any idea if I will be exempt under the first exemption BB lists at top of this thread?
