I have a current mortgage for just under 100K with FA ... I am about to start building a house on site gifted from parent which I intend to live in ... I was just wondering what my options are in getting a mortgage for a self build ... I hope to rent out my current house eventually ...
How does the repayments work ?
Are there certain banks that are better for self build mortages ?
I've estimated 160K for build ... Going direct labour ...
Anybody been thru this with any advice ??
