House Build costs

Just researching various costs involved in building an average house- if anyone can add, correct or maybe point me to where this has been done before?


In no particular order & will be adding to this over next while.

Plastering - €6-7 square foot
Tiling - €25 sq yard
Blocklayer - ?
Carpenter - ?
Electrician - ?
Roofing - ?
Plumbing - ?
