Hi all,

I got a quote last week for blinds. I was just wondering if you could have a look and tell me what you think before/if I place the order. Thanks.

  • 7 roller blinds - good quality with plastic beaded pullys. (€740)
  • 1 wooden blind - 35 mm slats. (€130)
  • Hang complex Roman blinds which I got made elsewhere - approx 7 of them.(€100)
  • €970 in total.
Is this a reasonable price? Thansk for your advice.
 
I got 9 roller blinds with the bead pull supplied and fitted for €600 if that helps? only got them last month
 
Check b4i.ie to compare prices.
Telling us that you got x number of blinds without explaining the material, size etc is completely useless in a comparison.
 
Feel metal pullys look better as they hang heavy and look more durable , just my opinion.
 
If you are getting the blinds made to measure then this is a very good price. If they are ready made blinds then I think that this is over priced. I also agree with Sandals, metal pullys are much more durable and look better.
 
Do the Roman Blinds have all fixing mounts and cords already ? If so they really aren't that complicated to put up. You can save yourself the cost of that.
