I have being living and running a farm for the last 34 years.
My husband died about seven years ago. Since his passing I learned his farther or mother who are also pass gave him the farm on word of mouth but there was no legal signing or will. All sister and brothers emigrated about 40 years ago.
Am I or can I become the legal ower, or have his sister and brother a share in the farm. Would like some help.

"can I become the legal owner, or have his sister and brother a share in the farm. "

You'll need to get very specific advice from a solicitor on this. It is possible that you might have acquired Title by way of Adverse Possession. You may be able to apply to be registered as owner. You may need to extract Probate to the late parents/husband's estate. It may be that the brother and sister have no interest and would pass their share anyway. It can be quite a touchy delicate subject. The sister and brother may have an emotional attachment to the land and may resist . Its impossible to tell without knowing all the facts.
