Hotels in Northern Ireland

Looking for a "special" hotel in NI as were celebrating our 10th wedding ann. soon and I was looking to head up towards County Down or Antrim (preferably near the coast). Any suggestions on a nice hotel for a weekend break would be much appreciated...

Have only stayed in the Europa, but friends have stayed in the Culloden and the Slieve Donard and say they're wonderful. http://www.hastingshotels.com/

Im open to recommendations in the Republic aswell. Live in Dublin but dont mind travelling an hour or two...
