Hotel Recommendations - Ottawa Canada.

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good hotel in downtown Ottawa (3 star) would do.

Accor Novotel.

Right smack in the middle of downtown, about five minutes walk from everything. Haven't stayed but a friend of a friend works there. All the major chains are in central Ottawa and you might pick up a few deals after midsummer (if thats when you're going) once the parliament goes into recess.

Majik - Thanks a million actually were heading off for Toronto on Sat week and hoping to do an overnight in Ottawa, sightseeing etc. Really appreciate your help.

Hi Mers

Would second the recommendation from Majik about the Novotel Ottawa. I have stayed there a couple of times and found it excellent. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable and the location is perfect. When you are booking you will see the option of the Novation rooms, a bit extra but worth considering ! If you have time to shop just head right across the street to the Rideau Centre, great shopping and lots of places to eat. Enjoy ....
