Hotel Recommendation on Limerick to Tralee/Killarney Road

Can anybody recommend a decent hotel on the above road. We're off to south Kerry the weekend after next and I was thinking of leaving Thursday night and staying somewhere outside Limerick as continuing straight on can be a killer the evening. (Even though miles/km-wise its well more than half way - time-wise its only half way!) Cheers.

If coming from Dublin either Kilmurry Lodge or Dunraven Arms in Adare(more expensive)

Two good suggestions there Charlie - €110 for the Kilmurry and the Dunraven is fully booked. If anybody else has any suggestions - don't hold them back! Cheers.

I drove Shannon/Limerick last week and saw room rate ad on side of road for Two Mile Inn which struck me as very reasonable - I think around €60. Know nothing about the hotel.

The Woodlands House Hotel, just outside Adare, is good value and has an excellent leisure centre, if you fancied a swim/gym/sauna before hitting the road again.
