Hotel near the Glen of Aherlow

Want to take the boss away for a romantic weekend while selfishly satisfying my love of Irish scenery. Any good hotel recommendations that would have girly spa treatments and the like to keep her happy while I drink in the scenery and a few pints with proper trad live music?

I know its not really near the glen of aherlow but What about the Castle Oaks House Hotel in castleconnell limerick. Its on the banks of the shannon so quiet scenic and has a spa. i was there for a wedding.

If u would like somewhere nearer Dundrum house hotel has some nice walks nearby and has a wellness suite.
