Hotel in Lido di Jesolo

Not personally, but there are lots of at least some of which must have user reviews...? As always, is worth a browse, too.

stayed in the principe palace there in june 2004. Think we paid €800 each for the package.

Its a 4* hotel close to the beach and in the middle of things. It was v.nice. We stayed on a full board basis. The breakfast was fine in the morning. The food in the evening was a bit hit or miss so sometimes we ate out and its quite reasonable around the area, just all pizzerias and small restaurants etc.

The hotel has a nice rooftop pool and bar and was very nice in general. The rooms are ok in size and have balconies. The hotel itself is very clean and staff are very helpful etc..

Some of the 2* and 3* hotels around there looked very dodgy indeed - real Fawlty Towers jobs. Make sure you get some recommendations before you book.

Try http://www.venere.com (www.venere.com) and check the reviews on of your chosen hotel.

Thansks - trip advisor don't seem to do any hotels (excpet for 1 or 2) in the area, which is probably idicative of the general standard!

I notice that a lot of the private beaches only have deck chairs (very uncomfortable!) - did Principe Palace offer sun loungers?
