Hotel Central Belfast - recommendations?

Need a quiteish budget hotel in central belfast just for an overnight.
Near City Hall area.
Any good recommendations out there?

stayed there last weekend - got a superior business room, very nice, for stg 125 worked out at around €180, there are cheaper rooms. Just fancied something nice for an night away.

It is handy for the city center (10 min walk or so) - not far from Donegal Sq.

checkout [broken link removed], i've spotted some good deals there, that haven't been on the hotels websites.
Europa is good and central, as is the Malmaison - prices vary depending on your dates.
