Hi,I booked a hotel for a couple of days this week .

The price was 119e per night.

I checked the website today and the price has gone down from 119e to 109e,thats a saving of 20e.

Would you phone and ask for the 20e discount?

I booked it last week.

some websites allow you to log in and change booking for free. I have changed it a number of times online before when price became cheaper.

Be no harm when call for the cheaper price, or if no cancel fee, just cancel and rebook

Problem is ,its booked for tomorrow and the next day, so there would be a cancellation fee (less than 48 hours).

I doubt it .... prices were correct at the time of booking ..... reminds me of the ryanair website ... sneeze and the price has doubled.

You were happy to book at the original price so I'd say forget it.

I would ring up and try. I have done it in the past a few times, in one case where I saved 90 euros.

119-109 = 10?

Posters; I phoned and not only did they give me the 20e refund but I also got a voucher for 20e to use in their spa!

Well worth the phone call..

We are after all in a recession!

20e obviously isn't worth the phone call for some...
