Hot water too hot

I recently got my gas boiler serviced and since then the hot water has been coming out at near boiling point. Is there somewhere I should be able to lower this temperature?
 
There is a temperature control dial on my gas boiler and I can set the water temperature to different levels.
Not sure if all gas boilers are the same though.
 
There should also be a temperature control on the hot water cylinder in the hot press itself. This may also need to be adjusted.
 
get the service man back. it will take him 2 mins to readjust. If he wants your future business he will sort the small problem for you free of charge
