Anyone got any experience of this?

Looks like it’ll fit the bill for me, I need a reasonable sized hatchback. I’d like electric plug in but they are still expensive. I have 10k plus a few grand for a trade-in. Don’t want to buy new or finance a newer one…I can get a 2016 or 2017 I think.

They get mixed reviews, generally positive aside from them being a little more expensive than similar cars. I am going to test drive a couple at the weekend but there’s only so much you can do on a test drive.

Also.. my current car is old, but it’s in great nick and has a low mileage for its age.
Should I get it valeted and spruced up for the occasion or is the dealer just interested in age and mileage? Been a long time since I bought a car.

A quick clean yourself should be fine, depending on age they might just give it a valet and shift it on to an auction house. I traded my car earlier this year and dealer hardly looked at it before offering a value.
