honda accord 2.2 diesel exec - economical?

am thinking of buying a honda accord
anyone know what miles per gallon you get from this car

any comments on the accord welcome

very nice car to drive, good diesel engine but expensive and boring styling

agree with the expensive bit, but i have to say i love the styling..
cant see anything nicer out there at the moment..
are they comfortable to drive, my back is not the best.
also are they economical???

yes as far as i know they are one of the most economical diesels around, they are comfortable especially with leather.
If you like the styling then they are very good car to buy

Very economical & pretty comfortable Dawnsurprise - don't listen to anyone about the styling. Both you and I know they are far classier and noble looking than most other ostentatious saloons

Also, extremely reliable and great resale - what's not to like? (except the price)

Mate has one and I found the ride a bit hard. Meant to be great cars all the same though.
