Home Phone Company Changing Call Package Without Notification

Hi,

Can Vodafone change my mom's call package without prior notification? We were on Vodafone at Home Talk Anytime & Broadband for 48 euro per month. We cancelled the broadband and now we have gotten a bill to say we have been charged for line rental and calls individually (32 euro in calls and 25 euro line rental).

As far as I can see we should have stayed on Vodafone at Home Talk Anytime at 37 euro. Needless to say that is the package my mom thought she was one and made calls accordingly ie. any time land and national.

Twenty euros in the difference and I really begrudge paying it to them.

In my mind, I dont think they are allowed change your package without informing you.

Any help would be appreciated!
