This may seem like a silly question, but I'm currently in the process of buying a house (first time buyer). To be able to draw down the mortgage, I need home insurance. However, I obviously don't own the house yet. I was looking at Aviva's online application, but it looks like they send the insurance documents to the insured house, which I don't have access to yet. Is this something they'd be able to do over the phone?
