i born and brought up in a country where the temp in (so called )winter is 20-25 degree . so i know nothing about room heating. what we have there is cooling system.

we bought a new house from the builder . detached 4 bed oil heating...
we are going for laminate flooring (full house, small kid is there , carpet wont work ), putting blinds and lined curtains.. what else should we do to keep our house comfi and warm in winter
