Holidays for Part time employees

One of my Employees in small Company works Part-time 19 hours per week and has been taking 4 weeks holidays per year - now they want to take some of this entitlement as single days but I am unclear how to calculate how many days they are entitled to. For example - if they take say 3 weeks holidays, how many single days remain to be taken ?
