Hi
If I were to be made redundant, what happens to my holidays that I am due.
Say I have 22 days a year and have taken none to date am i due to be imbursed for all 22days. What If I had already taken my full 22day entitlements am i due to reimburse the company.

Thanks

yep, you will get pay in lieu of holidays.
They can also get you to take the holidays during your notice period.

If you have taken more holidays than you were entitled to - well that's their fault for allowing you to take annual leave you had not accrued. They will probably ask you can they deduct the holidays from your final pay - actually they might just go ahead and make the deduction without asking you, although by law they should only make authorised deductions from your pay. Your contract might outline what happens in these circumstances.
