Hi,
was wondering if anyone had used this web site to book accommodation, there are some good deals in Gran Canaria but I have always used travel agent before. www.alpharooms.com
 
I used them last year. I thought they were excellent. Email queries were answered same day, only 20% deposit required (balance 5 weeks before travel), cheaper than booking directly with the hotel we were going to in our case!

I have used them a couple of times myself; they have excellent prices and I never had any problems
