Holiday pay in Liquidation

On 21st Dec a collective redundancy existed in our company and I have been in dispute with the liquidator since.
According to Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 I should be entitled to 4 weeks holidays where I had worked at least 1,365 hours. The leave year in the company operated from January to December. And in 2009 I had reached the quota of 1365 hrs about the end of August. However, the liquidator is only allowing holidays based only on the amount of time worked up to the time we were put on temporary lay off on 11th Sept 2009.
Can anyone advise.

the liquidator is wrong. Call the department of enterprise trade and employment. Explain situation get their name then tell liquidator who you spoke to and the liquidator will back down quick enough.
