Holiday Lettings Ripoff

On May 8th I contacted holiday lettings.co.uk about renting 3 apartments in Austria for ski trip,I also said that if they could not get 3apts. that one+ one that would take 4 would be ok,6 adults travelling.On May 11th got mail to say they had 3 apts and we duely sent on deposit for 3 apts,full price was 3x£250,then in June we asked for I more apt.for two more peope and sent off full price which was £375,now it transpires that we have only got 3 apts.in total and they are not at all helpful,we have paid for 4 but the say they sent the original e-mail to the hotel which stated that we would take an apt.that would take 4 people.What can I do now as I feel we are being ripped off big time?

You seem to have two separate transactions. One for 3 apartments. One for 1 apartment. Have you received two separate confirmations?
