Holiday insurance - best options?

hi,

I know there was a thread on this before but the link seems to be dead.

I'm planning a couple of trips abroad in the next few months, all in Europe.

What would be my best options for travel insurance? Is there something about being covered for certain things if you use your credit card to book the tickets, or did I just dream that?

VHI's multi trip insurance at 49 euro for the year is tempting - anyone have any good/bad things to say about it?
